America’s Got Talentis spreading its wings with another exciting spinoff.
On Thursday, NBC announced its new seriesAGT: Fantasy League, set to premiere in 2024.
Singer and songwriterMel B— who appeared on seasons 8-13 ofAGTand season 1 ofAGT: The Champions —will return as a judge alongside executive producerSimon Cowell,Heidi KlumandHowie Mandel.
Like with the original series,Terry Crewswill be hosting.

For the first time in the show’s history, the judges will compete alongside the contestants and will “mentor and guide” the acts throughout the competition in hopes of seeing an act from their team crowned the champion.

The draft pool will include 40 acts, with each judge selecting 10. The audience will vote each week to decide which acts go through to the finale.
Like usual, aGolden Buzzerwill send acts straight to the finale. However, this time, there’s a new twist. Each judge will be able to use their Golden Buzzer for their own actorto steal an act from another judge’s team.
Since its inception in 2006,Got Talenthas spanned more than 70 different versions across the globe. Spinoffs have includedAmerica’s Got Talent: The Champions,America’s Got Talent: ExtremeandAmerica’s Got Talent: All-Stars.
