The new logo uses the same color as one of the Windows quadrants , a stylise “ b ” , and a sharp Segoe font for the rest of the name — a more modern aspect than the rather flaccid , curly oblation of old . Speaking to Verge , Microsoft ’s design lead Lawrence Ripsher excuse that “ the logotype , obviously , is a big deal for us , a lot more angulate and fresh and sharp than we ’ve used in the past . ”
Elsewhere , the design of the intact lookup engine has been give an redevelopment , too , to make it more substance abuser friendly .
