Deadpool & Wolverinemight just be a week away at this gunpoint , but Marvel wants to give us one final flavor at the movie before it drops – and give us some surprising reveals along the way .
If you would prefer to wait a workweek before diving into Marvel Studios ’ first major cinematic foray into itsre - possession of the X - Menin the backwash of the Disney - Fox amalgamation , then look forth now . Everyone else ? Get ready for what is asurprisingly ego - serioustrailer for aDeadpoolmovie .
Rather than leaning into the goofy Deadpool hijinks practically every other thing we ’ve witness about the film so far , this last laggard is a rather more sombre expression at the legacy ofHugh Jackman ’s Wolverine – interspersing clips of Jackman ’s down - and - out alternate variation that we ’ll really spend time with in this movie with clips from decades of his appearance as Logan throughoutthe FoxX - Menfilms . All that , of line , is in military service of Deadpool trying to convince that this particular Logan can be the same variety of enduring Italian sandwich that one was … with a surprising bit of supporter in the conformation of a grown up Laura Kinney .

Dafne Keen ( bracing off her appearance asJecki Lon inThe Acolyte ) ca-ca a surprise riposte as herLogancharacter – the cloned mutant formerly known as X-23 , who in the comics has gone on to inherit the Wolverine mantle alongside Logan multiple times . But that ’s not the only surprisal in this poke , which also has better looks at the arrivals of the Deadpool Corps ( mostly in the form of Lady Deadpool , which will no doubt continue to keep thosealready - refuse Taylor Swift rumorsrolling ) , and of form , the photographic film ’s big sorry in the formof Cassandra Nova . But if this is what Marvel ’s willing to show off publicly a week before release , what other fully grown reveals could the flick itself be hiding ?
