Rumer Willisis toasting a year of personal growth and family bonding.
On Friday, the actress, 35, reflected on 2023 in acandid Instagram post, where she listed over 30 milestones she reached throughout the past 12 months.
She then noted that the year marked “a new relationship while being pregnant and postpartum” and allowed her the opportunity to fall in love with “the tiny love of my life Lou” — her now-8-month-old daughterLouetta Isley, whom she shares with partnerDerek Richard Thomas.
“[I] softened, became less resistant to my own bulls—, threw pots on a wheel, did 6 [a.m.] ocean swims 4x a week in the winter, learned about what real intimacy looks like, working on being the most honest authentic version of myself, healing my trauma so I don’t pass it on to my daughter, celebrated 7 years of sobriety, showed myself [I’m] not a weenie hehe,” Willis added of her accomplishments.
TheOnce Upon a Time … in Hollywoodactress also shared in her post that other recent milestones included chilly ones, like going for a dip in an “ice cold river,” and major personal achievements such as having felt “more beautiful and comfortable in my skin than I ever have.”
Willis wrote that she also made sure to spend quality time with her family throughout the year, following her father Bruce Willis' frontotemporal dementia diagnosis inFebruary.

The new mom previouslytoasted the new yearin Instagram photos she shared earlier in the week, featuring both her daughter and Thomas on a quick getaway in both the sun and snow.
“So grateful for my tiny family ✨,” Willis captioned the set of photos featuring her loved ones outdoors and snuggled up inside.
She previously spoke with PEOPLE in November about her family lineage, as she described what it meant to be passing on her brood’s “magic” to Louetta.
“I think inherently, some of the most magical parts of myself are definitely from them,” Willis said of her actor father, 68, and her motherDemi Moore. “So I feel like that will be passed down to her. I love watching them with her.”
